the perfect blend for golden milk.
Turmeric is a powerful anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and disease fighter. The only downfall of turmeric is that it's not easily absorbed in the body. The addition of black pepper and fat (i.e. coconut oil, coconut milk, ghee) increases the bioavailability of the turmeric and includes health benefits of their own. Ginger, licorice, and fennel add to the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties in this glorious blend.
Try using coconut milk or add a little MCT or coconut oil into your mix for a soothing golden latte'. You will be so glad you made it part of your daily or nighttime routine.
