Turmeric is a powerful anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and disease fighter.
Try using coconut milk or add a little MCT or coconut oil into your mix for a soothing golden latte'. You will be so glad you made it part of your daily or nighttime routine.
Ingredients: *turmeric, *cinnamon, *ginger root.
Brewing Instructions: Serve hot
For hot tea: Use 1 rounded teaspoon of loose tea for each 8 oz. of freshly boiled water or steep in coconut or almond milk for 5 - 10 minutes. Sweeten as desired.
